When is Hypnotherapy Typically Used?

Hypnotherapy is typically used when:

  • Traditional methods have not been effective
  • You need a natural and holistic approach to healing
  • You want to make positive changes in your life but feel stuck
  • You are dealing with stress, anxiety, or other emotional challenges
  • Your medical provider gives you medication but  isn’t treating the root cause.
  • You need support in breaking unhealthy habits or overcoming fears

How is Hypnotherapy Used?

Hypnotherapy involves guiding you into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. In this state, your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and therapeutic interventions. The hypnotherapist uses a variety of techniques, such as visualization, affirmations, and guided imagery, to help you achieve your specific goals and overcome your challenges.

What is the general process?

During a typical hypnotherapy session, we will:

  1. Consultation: Begin with a brief consultation to discuss your goals and concerns.
  2. Relaxation: I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation through calming techniques and gentle suggestions.
  3. Induction: You will enter a deeply relaxed state yet are fully aware.
  4. Therapy: I will use various techniques to address your specific issues and implant positive suggestions.
  5. Awakening: You will be gently guided back to full wakefulness, feeling refreshed and empowered.
