Hi! I’m Rebecca, a celebrity life coach, speaker and wellness expert

Here’s my story.

After college, at the age of 21, I moved to Dubai with the dream of making architecture a truly human experience. Determined to make my mark, my dedication and innovative designs quickly caught the eye of the industry, propelling me to the helm of the largest design firm in Dubai by the age of 25. However, my ascent was interrupted by a complicated pregnancy that threatened my life and that of my unborn child. Faced with a dire prognosis, I turned to holistic healing, embracing alternative modalities that not only saved us but also transformed my perspective on health and wellness. This experience inspired me to become a practitioner and life coach, dedicating myself to sharing the knowledge and practices that helped me and empowering others facing similar challenges.

Personal Story

Rebecca has been studying human psyche since she was 14 years old. She found that a lot of what she read, whether it was written by a doctor, a healer, or other health professional, caused too much confusion and conflict. That is why Rebecca became a life coach.

Rebecca chose the most reputable schools and training and set out to learn the “truth” about the human experience, medical, health, mindfulness, and behavioral studies.

“My obsession is about finding balance; it's about the profound transformation we can all achieve. It's a path to true wellness that I am compelled to share with others.”

Rebecca earned her architecture degree and started her career as an entrepreneur at 25, founding one of the UAE’s leading woman-owned design firms. She has worked with many royal families and celebrities and is focused on helping people reach new heights of abundance, health, and wellness.

Formal Training

She went on to study Integrative and Holistic Health, NLP, and Hypnosis and now specializes in integrated health and wellness from a human experience.

Rebecca changed her own life with research, diet, healing, hypnosis, energy work, and other integrative practices. She now has zero health concerns, more fulfillment, abundance, and joy in her life, and never spends hours in doctor’s waiting rooms. “It feels AMAZING to be comfortable and happy in our mind and body because it raises our spirits!”

Her passion is to help you transform your life with simple tools and techniques, release traumatic experiences, and provide a gateway to internal healing with a mind-body-spirit connection. She combines ancestral and conventional knowledge of health with powerful holistic strategies.

I want to be very transparent here – it takes time and the process varies by the individual. I have many clients that have realized their goals in one or two sessions, while others have diligently worked on resolving their issues with me over three or four years. I am located in Dubai UAE during the winter, and in Dublin Ireland during the summer. I travel extensively for retreats, engagements and events but always make time for my clients on Zoom no matter where I am.
